kith and kin
My nieces Martha and Ivy Farquhar-McDonnell, along with their mother Kathleen McDonnell released their first CD this week: Yet will I be merry - Carols and Songs of the Season. Recorded on Toronto Island and produced by Andy Maize (of Skydiggers) it is a beautiful record of some wonderful singing.
You can purchase it in Toronto at Musideum.
Listen to some tunes on myspace here.

Annie's Apitherapy
Annie Van Alten of Annie's Apitherapy.
"In ancient times, beehive products were used for therapeutic healing and disease prevention. Today, that wisdom harmonized with science is known as Apitherapy. Apitherapy and beehives are an immediate answer to the need for vitamins, proteins, antibiotics, oral rehydratants, anesthetics, antiseptics, cicatrizers, topical healers for wounds and burns, tissue preservatives, immunostimulants, and other healing resources."
