  1. Thanks Winter.
    I see you are a fan of Dorothy Parker, as am I. I wrote music for a poem of hers called Resume a few years ago, well quite a few actually - 70s sometime. You can hear it here.
    My wife, Sarah, and I sing it to lively up those cold Canadian winter parties.

    The lyrics are:

    Razors pain you;
    Rivers are damp;
    Acids stain you;
    And drugs cause cramp.
    Guns aren't lawful;
    Nooses give;
    Gas smells awful;
    You might as well live.

    DP also inspired me to write a song called Women and Elephants Never Forget - I hope I can find that on tape (tape??!!) - I'd like to post that as well. Thanks for reminding me.
    Cheers.
