I don't know yet what these small flowers are called but they reminded me of sunflowers yelling out to the sun "Look at me! Look at me!" and that reminded me of a William Blake poem Ah Sunflower as performed by The Fugs.
Ah Sunflower, weary of time,
Who countest the steps of the sun;
Seeking after that sweet golden clime
Where the traveller's journey is done;
Where the youth pined away with desire,
And the pale virgin shrouded in snow,
Arise from their graves, and aspire
Where my Sunflower wishes to go!
Preston
charming, as always.
