Preservation Food

At first we noticed some cabbage - didn't think too much about it - but then, in the forest, a regular cornucopia of vegetables seemed to have been spread beside the trail. I guess someone is feeding the deer.
My favourite is the mushroom - just thinking how a mushroom just like this one was taken from a forest like this one then grown and harvested on a farm (where?), then cleaned packed shipped and shipped some more - then brought home, unwrapped and taken down to this trail to feed the deer.

Crocky Racoon

This guy looks like he swallowed everybody's dinner - pot and all.
I saw him slugging up the tree and barely disappearing into a hole where a dead branch had broken off.

Tidal Flats at Whale Creek

Well the map said Whale Cove but the people there said Whale Creek. Besides there's a couple other places called Whale Cove.
You could walk out for a kilometre. Well, you could.
Cape Blomidon (blow me down) across the bay.

even more graffiti

To see all the grafitti posted here lately, if you were standing at the main corner in Guelph you'd head north past the old post office, past the family thrift store, past the cowboy bar, past the cenotaph down the hill and hang a left along the tracks by the river.
